Et une appétence pour la cybersécurité facteur humain (c'est de la psychologie, pas de l'informatique réseaux)
Et de l'expérience dans au moins plusieurs de nos secteurs d'activité (voir ci-apres)
Convention de stage requise. Pas d'alternance.
Debut: 1er septembre 2026 (NB: pas de début en juillet ou 1ere quinzaine d'août, sauf top profil tres autonome)
Durée: 3 mois minimum, davantage c'est mieux (4-6 mois)
Impératif: résider à Paris (France). Le stage nécessite des déplacements dans Paris et proche couronne en metro.
Polyvalence, esprit startup, autonomie, efficacité, dynamisme, haute fiabilité, force de proposition, humilité, envie d'apprendre et fast-learner
Habilitable Secret Défense: aucun lien (voyages depuis février 2022, activités, conjoint et proches) avec les pays hostiles à la France et agressifs en espionnage (comme tu suis l'actualité geopolitique, tu les connais).
YOUR TASKS & GOALS
- A very polyvalent role!
- Chief of Staff of the CEO, Jean-Philippe Javel, who is an experienced expert in AI for Marketing, CRM, Social Media and Cybersecurity Human Factor, also a professor in Master for 20 years in // of management roles in consulting & software companies.
- Assist in sales (B2B) & marketing for consulting & training services in AI for cybersecurity social engineering protection in the following industries: banking & financial services, high tech, cosmetics, music business (electro-pop & related genres). You will get a training before and be coached. Highly targeted contacts, we don't do untargeted phoning! 80% of the job is marketing preparation, 20% is execution.
- Assist experts in consulting & audit assignments
- Assist in production & organisation of training workshops
- Communication: blog content, video content etc
- Event participation for public relations (be aware that some pro events are in the evening until around 9-10pm, once a week in average)
- Day-to-day company work practical organisation
- Any task you can do professionnally well enough and save time for the CEO
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- You are a student (avec convention de stage française, pas d'alternance) with a specialization in Business / Marketing with skills in Artificial Intelligence, at Master 2 level.
- You are or would be at ease in the tech, cosmetics, financial services & fintech, music (electro-pop & related genres) industries
- Operational skills in digital marketing, CRM, communication, B2B sales for the tech & consulting industry
- First experience (internship, project etc) preferably in a startup or consulting agency in the tech industry
- You have a true interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to Marketing & CRM, Social Media & Cybersecurity Human Factor (Social Engineering Protection)
- You have abilities in psychology, you understand the weaknesses of the Humans psychology. You can get them from your readings, natural talent and your marketing courses, no need for a degree in psychology.
- Excellent level in english (written, oral), at least B2 (on UE standard scale). TOEIC score > 900 (or bilingual / native speaker).
- You can speak french as a native speaker or very fluently. Mandatory
- French citizenship required (habilitable Secret Défense)
- Google Workplace apps: Slides, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive
- You know how to work well with a conversational AI chatbot such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini. You know how to prompt well and avoid hallucination.
- You are able to select and create amazing content, photos & videos, with pro AI tools (Google Veo and Nano Banana, Runway, MidJourney or equivalent)
- Adobe Photoshop or equivalent, at least at intermediate level
- Video editing software (Vegas or Adobe Premiere), at least at intermediate level
- You have already sold something with success and you are at ease with it, you are sociable
- You know how to write well in french and in english
NICE TO HAVE, A PLUS IF...
- Similar role in a startup or consulting agency in the tech industry
- You have some first experience of B2B selling & communication (SaaS software, professional services)
- You know well one or more of our targeted industries: tech, enterprise SaaS, DefenceTech, financial services & fintech, cosmetics, music (electro-pop & related genres, not rap!)
- You know Hubspot CRM & Marketing modules or Salesforce equivalent modules (SalesCloud, MarketingCloud, Tableau Analytics)
- You know how to use Trello, Notion
- You can read & speak well german

WHEN AND HOW?
- Duration: minimum 3 months, preferably 4-6 months. Opportunity to extend or convert into a job in our company or for a startup or partner in our network.
- Mode: Full time (no part-time)
- Start: 1st September 2026
- NB: Convention de stage française obligatoire. Pas d'alternance. Pour rappel, niveau Master 2 requis.
- Salary / Remunération: fixe 600-1000€/mois selon niveau + prime de résultats / mois selon performances (jusqu'à 1000€). Cette prime est non fiscalisée grâce à la convention de stage donc c'est du net pour le stagiaire.
- Based in Paris. Nice offices.
- Flexible hybrid work mode (office / remote). Tuesday to Thursday in office. Monday and Friday in remote (unless there is an event or important meeting).
For remote, you must have the adequate environment to work efficiently from home: quiet & secured place, PC or Mac, internet connection.
